What we collect

Your coach account: name, email address, and a password (or your Discord identity, if you sign in that way). We also keep basic session information — like your browser and, when enabled, your IP address — to keep your account secure.

Once a player links a Riot account: their Riot username and tag, which region their account plays in, and encrypted credentials that let ScrimIQ read their match history on their behalf. We also record every time that access is granted or revoked, along with your browser identifier — this is the proof of consent Riot requires us to keep.

Why we collect it

To operate your ScrimIQ account, and — once a Riot account is linked with explicit consent — to compute the round-by-round economy findings your coaches see.

How long we keep it

We keep your account, and any linked Riot account, for as long as the account exists or stays linked — there is no fixed retention period.

Your right to withdraw

You can unlink a Riot account at any time, from Riot account link. Unlinking deletes its access and refresh tokens immediately, and deletes every computed analysis for your organization. A record that consent was revoked is kept — this is the evidence Riot requires that the opt-in was genuine. Round-by-round match data already collected while the account was linked stays associated with those matches, since deleting it would corrupt the recorded outcome for teammates who are still linked — but it drops out of every analysis from the moment you unlink.

Who sees it

Only your organization's coaches and staff. ScrimIQ never shows an opposing team's players — this is the account-linking use case Riot has approved: training tools that let players view their own match histories and aggregate stats.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account and organization entirely, at any time, from Account settings. This erases your sign-in credentials immediately, revokes every linked Riot account, and deletes every computed analysis — but, like unlinking a single account, it does not erase match and round data already recorded, since that would corrupt the result for everyone else who played in those matches.
